Sean Coad

Having worked alongside Tony Sutton-Yeomans for 4 years, this has given Sean unique exposure and the ability to go above and beyond when it comes to ensuring his clients receive superior service. Sean’s lifelong passion for Real Estate, determination, diligence, proactiveness, positivity and social flair all contribute to meeting his client's wants and needs in a friendly and professional manner.

Being a resident of Northern Gold Coast his entire life, and completing his Bachelor in Business (Double Major in Real Estate and Property Development and Marketing), Sean has a thorough understanding of the market as well as identifying and understanding trends.

Outside of Real-Estate, Sean loves playing mixed netball and bike riding with a social group twice a week. Growing up his entire life playing team sports has only strengthened Sean’s communication and teamwork skills, giving him a profound ability in listening and understanding his client’s goals. Sean also has a passion for tracking the stock market, as he enjoys the challenge of analysing trends and knowing what may deliver the best return.
